Traveler - 2016 Capstone Project

Imagine yourself as a wandering soul; a traveler with the wind at your back just enjoying all there is to see around you. Your only destination as you travel through the countryside, is to find peace of mind. This capstone project was taken over the course of 2 months in the Summer of 2016 for my photography course. The inspiration behind this was to really get out and explore the town of Brunswick, NY (and a few other places). My boyfriend's family is from the area and I fell in love with it the moment I started venturing out there. The theme behind this project came at a time in my life when I was on the fence about going back to school to get my MBA. I found solace exploring the area, purposefully getting lost, and photographing all the barns and scenes I thought were beautiful.
